The new university system does not require a traditional thesis, but rather a final paper. The characteristics and submission procedures of the final paper are defined in Article 12 of the Degree Program Regulations for your specific cohort:

To be admitted to the final graduation exam, the student must:

• have obtained all the credits required by the curriculum, except those assigned to the final exam,
• be up to date with tuition fees,
• possess the advisor’s clearance (nulla osta).
